Parish Voice Survey 2024

The Parish Voice Survey (electronic version) opens on
Monday 29 July, and closes at 5pm on Monday 5 August

Kia ora,

The Parish Leadership Team is excited to launch the first Parish Voice Survey for Christ the Redeemer Parish. This is a vital opportunity for all of us to have our say on how our Parish is fulfilling our missionary vision, both as individuals and as a Parish community.

It's also a timely opportunity for you to influence the activities your Parish should focus on and to share any thoughts or questions on key topics such as Parish infrastructure. The survey also includes a few demographic questions that will help enrich our understanding of this community to which we all belong.

The Parish Voice Survey will open from the weekend of 27/28 July, with a brief part of each Sunday Mass set aside for you to complete it. The survey will then remain open for an additional 8 days for completion by paper or online. The electronic survey forms open on Monday 29 July, and closes at 5pm on Monday 5 August. This can be found at the bottom of this page.

In the meantime, please take the opportunity to pray and reflect in preparation. The survey aims to hear—and listen to—the collective voice of this Parish. We would love for as many North Christchurch Catholics as possible to participate, regardless of whether they attend Mass regularly.

What will be done with the survey’s insights?

Firstly, they will inform us of areas where you feel more focus is needed in our planning. With this information, we can confidently work together to initiate new activities. Secondly, the results will also provide a vital snapshot of our collective spiritual journey. Repeating the survey in future years will help us determine whether we are progressing in the right direction and what adjustments are necessary. Finally, the key insights will provide focus for the Leadership Team, Priests, staff, Building/Finance Committees, and other volunteers in our collaborative service.

A huge thank you to the volunteers who are contributing their skills and time to make this survey possible.
